My teenage son forgot to bring his contacts and glasses with us to Orlando on vacation. After calling around to several optometrist offices, Southwest Orlando Eye Care was the ONLY place that was willing or able to help us secure some replacement contacts. They saved our vacation!! I had a great experience as a new patient at this facility. I was seen in less than 15 minutes, where the staff was kind, receptive and professional. I had many questions and they patiently answered each one. At one point, I had difficulty tolerating the process due to discomfort with anything being near my eyes, but they were very accommodating and patient until I calmed down. Even though they were not required to do anything of that nature, they still had compassion even though I felt embarrassment for the way I responded.
