I lost a nose pad while on vacation at Universal Studios and was desperate to get a replacement. I was staying at the Loews Portofino Resort luckily found Losada Vision was in walking distance from the hotel. Alex was extremely nice and welcomed me in right away. I would have been happy with just one nose pad, but he replaced both, cleaned my glasses, tightened up the temple screws, and tightened up the nose pad brackets so they wouldn't fall out again. He did all that and didn't charge me a cent! I was blown away by the service and care.
