I hired coastal roofing to do my mother’s roof in Delray Beach. My mother lives within an HOA community and it wasn’t easy at all to deal with this property management company sadly….but Maddox from coastal roofing went truly above and beyond assuring me they were doing everything in their power to get the job finished by the timeline we needed for insurance renewal which they did! We couldn’t recommend Coastal Roofing more! They did an incredible job replacing the roof on our home using Landmark PRO shingles and MTS underlayment. From start to finish, they made what can be a very stressful process feel as seamless as possible.
There was a small mishap during the installation where a nail went through the copper line on our AC unit. Mistakes can happen on any job, and what really impressed us was how Coastal Roofing handled it. They immediately took responsibility, called out an AC specialist, and had everything repaired within a day. No runaround and no hassle—just professional customer service and making things right.

Maddox came and helped me out with a few cracked tiles we had on our roof. He was able to come out the same day we texted and solved our problem the cheapest way possible and it was fixed the same day! Most contractors try to bleed you dry but they are super honest, fair and do great work! I highly recommend Coastal Roofing to everyone!
