We have used KLR for roof repair and complete roof replacement. Each experience was very easy! Michelle, Michael, And Jeremiah were always available if we had any questions or concerns. They communicated regularly. The job was done in 2 days and there was absolutely NO MESS! We would use them again if needed… but I don’t see that happening for many years! Thanks you KLR!
As the owner of Home Property Management II, Inc, we rely heavily on quality vendors to help us manage our portfolio of rental homes. Over the years, we've learned that KLR is an excellent roofing company which we've come to trust when repairing or replacing the roofs of our rental homes. In fact, they just replaced the roof on my personal residence. The price was fair, the work professional and Michelle at their office is always prompt with her communication.As challenging as it is to find good vendors, we wish KLR would go into a/c, plumbing and electric too!
