The entire experience from start to finish was incredibly powerful. From the greeting and into the introduction for the process I felt welcomed and nothing but positive energy. The breath work, with the combination of the groups energy and the power in the music and combined breath of everyone, was an experience I can't express. The physical, emotional, and spiritual responses I experienced were beyond any expectations that I had. One of the most powerful things I have experienced.
