To make a long story short, my quality of life has greatly improved physically and mentally since that first day walking through the door and haven’t used Flonase or any other nasal spray for a long time. Everyone working at PBHC is encouraging and it’s such a positive environment. Life always has its ups and downs and I’ve had a few since that first day. Palm Beach Health Center has been consistently positive since the beginning always keeping me on life’s positive track and aligned to handle life’s challenges for my active lifestyle. When the spine is in alignment your body just simply works better which in turn makes it a little easier to have a positive outlook. “First time visiting and it won't be the last. Cecilia was so sweet and welcoming. I purchased a microdermabrasion package from Groupon and stopped by today for the first of 3 sessions. The staff was very welcoming. I couldn't stop gushing over the office space. Super cute and cozy. After filling out my check-in questionnaire, Cecilia directed to the room I will be in and provided instructions on how to get ready. She spent about 5 minutes explaining what she will be doing from start to finish, which included a cleansing facial to start off, then the microdermabrasion then another cleanse, mask and serums, vitamin-c and lastly a sunscreen. It was the best facial I've had in a very long time. I frequently get microdermabrasion, and most estheticians would give a cleanse at the beginning, but to get two full facials (start and end) was a wonderful touch. I can't wait for the next session which I've already scheduled in the next 3 weeks. Lovely experience from start to finish. I highly recommend. If by chance you call and no one answers, you can either send an email or text.“
“The gym is always kept very clean, the workouts are stated very clearly in each round, and all the people that come in the later work out times that I've come in contact with are so nice , warm and inviting! You definitely don't see the different cliques in this gym like you would in others. is my favorite 9round location in the Palm Beach area! Chris is by far the coolest trainer also!“

I am very happy I was part of this program in which I learned so much and had the opportunity and guidance to change many of my living habits.
