“The floor selection and order process with Carlos was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.”
Don Bailey Carpets
“We recently hired Don Bailey Flooring to remove our old laminated floor and install a new beyond wood floor in our house.
From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
Their sales person, Michael Schiffner (Mike) was extremely helpful in guiding us to choose the best patterns and material types to suit our home.
Michael answered every question we had about the installation process, and when something was outside their scope, he made sure to check directly with Adrian, the flooring crew lead, to give us accurate information.
I was able to observe the flooring crew working and was truly impressed by how quick, methodical, and professional they were.
Their team works like a proper machine. They were willing to accommodate our schedule, and both Adrian and Michael have come by personally a couple of days after completion to ensure we were satisfied with the results and to correct any issues that might have come up.
I highly recommend Don Bailey Flooring for any business or home looking for fast, professional, but most importantly for us, high-quality flooring work.”
