Frank and his team are absolutely great! Frank personally gave me his cell phone number, and from day one, he made sure I was taken care of. I ordered a special-order TOTO toilet, and Frank explained upfront that it could take a month or two to arrive.
What really impressed me was that every couple of weeks, Frank would text me with an update to let me know he was still on top of it. When the toilet finally arrived, everything went exactly as promised.
