“Amir is amazing. Just moved to Pompano Beach and the house had four layers of flooring stacked up from years of short cuts in a house built in the 1970s. The demo alone was a huge effort removing all flooring across the whole house (see pic). Installation of the new flooring was a big effort too due to the scale of the job and how uneven the concrete slab was from one side of the house to the other. Amir and his team did an absolutely amazing job. We've built and demo'd enough houses over the years with lots of experiences (good and bad) with contractors. The before is the ugly yellow and the after is the natural matte.<br><br>I hired them to refinish old oak floors of an home l purchased, the results are exceptional. They sanded everything down beautifully and applied 4 coats of Bona Traffic HD in a matte finish. The matte look is exactly what I wanted.<br><br>Once the old coating came off, he discovered some minor termite damage on a few planks. He replaced those three planks for no additional cost, and the repair blends in so perfectly it looks brand new.<br><br>His pricing wasn't the cheapest, but also not the most expensive, I thought it was incredibly fair value for how easy he made the process.”
