Floor Coverings International of Miami Beach, FL
“Manuel and his team at Floor Coverings International did an excellent job waterproofing and replacing our balcony tiles as part of our beachfront apartment renovation. From the outset, they were professional, responsive, and detail-oriented.
They took the extra step to source a tile that closely matched our original balcony and even stored it for several months until our building allowed the project to proceed. Once approved, they completed the entire job in just four days with impressive efficiency.
Manuel and his sales manager were on-site daily, the crew worked cleanly and professionally, and all questions were addressed thoroughly throughout the process. Shout out to the hard working Alexis and Lloid along with the tile placement crew!! And Douglas, Manuel and Heidy were always pleasant, reassuring and available anytime questions arose.
The final result is a beautifully finished balcony that exceeded our expectations—and at a cost notably lower than several competitors.
Highly recommended!!”
