They took the extra step to source a tile that closely matched our original balcony and even stored it for several months until our building allowed the project to proceed. Once approved, they completed the entire job in just four days with impressive efficiency.

Manuel and his sales manager were on-site daily, the crew worked cleanly and professionally, and all questions were addressed thoroughly throughout the process.
