“Excellent service and great pricing. Josbel was very helpful throughout the selection process, patiently answering all of our questions. Highly recommended!”
“I originally found Flooring Kingdom after asking Google AI to help me find highly reviewed flooring vendors in the Miami area, and they exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, working with the owners, Javier and Selene, felt like working with family. They run a true family-owned business and are genuinely the sweetest, most patient, and most helpful people. When it came to navigating dreadful city permit delays and pushing my HOA to get approvals through, they were my biggest advocates and handled everything so I didn't have to stress.
Their admin assistant, Victoria, kept everything running like clockwork with regular updates and clear, consistent communication throughout the entire project.
When it came time for the installation, the crew arrived on time every single day and worked with unbelievable efficiency. They handled the teardown and removal of my old floors effortlessly, then flawlessly installed the new flooring and baseboards. We ended up purchasing a beautiful material directly from Flooring Kingdom's own stock, and the finished quality is stunning.
To top it all off, their pricing was noticeably better than competing quotes I received. If you want a stress-free process, top-tier craftsmanship, and genuine customer care from a wonderful family business, I cannot recommend Javier, Selene, and the Flooring Kingdom team enough!”
