The Well Lab is an amazing resource for fitness and wellness. This personal training studio has a modern design with impeccable cleanliness. The staff is the best I have encountered the infrared saunas have increased my immune system and assisted my recovery post workouts. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The equipment is innovated and the best in the fitness industry. This unique training facility has Massage and InBody testing. It is the most well-rounded gym in Vero Beach.

I’ve been having massages for probably 40 years and the athletic massage with Kristie is clearly the best I’ve had. I book her every time I’m in town. She’s fabulous. Can’t recommend her highly enough.
