“Last Saturday our bathroom started flooding, showers quit draining, and the toilets were having issues flushing. After a week of dealing with plumbers that our landlord kept hiring that were either unresponsive or would no-show, we finally had one come out and say that he couldn’t do anything and that our septic needed to be pumped. Our landlord’s maintenance department told us they couldn’t get anyone out until Monday, despite our bathrooms flooding and toilets no longer flushing. We have 2 young kids and I am pregnant so we couldn’t wait another 3 days. My husband decided to call Rocket Rooter on Friday shortly after 5pm and they scheduled someone to come out the following day. After my experience with plumbers this week I was afraid they wouldn’t show up, but they did! They were fairly priced, in and out quickly, and were so patient with my 3 year old that wanted to “help”. I will absolutely be recommending this company to everyone I know if they ever need plumbing services and will hands down use them again in the future.“
