Called and spoke to Mr McNally. Told him my issues and he said he would have someone come out in few hours. Mike showed up and was able to fix the clog, he was also a cool dude to chat with. Great guys and got the job done! Thanks again.
Mike came out for an emergency before Christmas and saved the day. We had a sick family member and the main sewer pipe in our house was plugged. We couldn't use any appliances including the toilets. He had it cleared up in an hour.
I have lived in the Mount Dora area since 1998. I have used McNally plumbing before years ago. I just recently had a toilet that would not flush. I used a plunger and got it to empty but the water just kept spinning in the bowl, wouldn't flush. I googled mount dora plumbers and McNally was one of the top 3. I called and I think Mr. McNally answered, I told him the problem and he asked what day can we come out? I said, how about tomorrow at 8? His technician arrived promptly and checked inflow and outflow (I am a surgeon) and had a new toilet installed and working perfectly by 1030am for less than I expected. I was impressed and that's not easy.
