Rob came through in a rush to inspect a sewer and drain system for a home we are looking at buying. It was a very short time frame and he fit us in and drove all the way to the property. He was extremely helpful with valuable information in addition to the actual inspection. He spent a generous amount of time explaining what he found and suggestions since the home was built in early 70's. He was honest and professional. He provided a detailed inspection report and video he recorded from the drains. Very fair price and worth the investment before you purchase an older home.
