“Last Saturday our bathroom started flooding, showers quit draining, and the toilets were having issues flushing. After a week of dealing with plumbers that our landlord kept hiring that were either unresponsive or would no-show, we finally had one come out and say that he couldn’t do anything and that our septic needed to be pumped. Our landlord’s maintenance department told us they couldn’t get anyone out until Monday, despite our bathrooms flooding and toilets no longer flushing. We have 2 young kids and I am pregnant so we couldn’t wait another 3 days. My husband decided to call Rocket Rooter on Friday shortly after 5pm and they scheduled someone to come out the following day. After my experience with plumbers this week I was afraid they wouldn’t show up, but they did! They were fairly priced, in and out quickly, and were so patient with my 3 year old that wanted to “help”. “Been using Charlie for years for my house and business. He takes the time to diagnose your problem and make sure you do not pay more than you need to. I just had a water leak that would have cost me a 1,000 to repair with another company that came out and looked at it. Charlie looked and thought the leak was coming from the meter not our pipes under ground. City of Mt Dora came out and sure enough, they changed out the meter and leak was repaired.“

“Rob came through in a rush to inspect a sewer and drain system for a home we are looking at buying. It was a very short time frame and he fit us in and drove all the way to the property. He was extremely helpful with valuable information in addition to the actual inspection. He spent a generous amount of time explaining what he found and suggestions since the home was built in early 70's. He was honest and professional. He provided a detailed inspection report and video he recorded from the drains. Very fair price and worth the investment before you purchase an older home. When we are ready to do some upgrades and if we have any issues, we will call Rob again! His wife Misty who runs the office is also very up front and kind. Straight-forward honest people.
