Wonderful work and able to get things fixed! The man that came out was super kind, worked in the rain and helped our family out in a crisis. Great prices, great service!! Would highly, highly recommend
Plumber knew the job & was polite. He left no mess in the bathroom. When he had to come for a second visit, he brought different equipment & explained why it was different from the first visit. Also gave suggestions about what we should expect in the future. All in all good experience.
David, the technician with Roto-Rooter was professional, courteous and explained the process for trouble shooting our plumbing issue. David had come to our home earlier for an issue and we requested David when we called. David began the trouble shooting process and quickly realized our concern was not serious at all, took care of the issue in a timely manner and let us know we did not have the issue we thought we had when we called. David showed genuine respect for our home, we as home owners and we can not say enough about his professionalism and knowledge when addressing the issue in our home.
