We called Rocket Rooter to vacuum out our septic tank, the guys came out quickly and did a thorough and professional job. They even took the time to chat with me about how the system works and gave me good maintenance tips to extend the life of the septic system. Did it for a great price too, will definitely call them should any more plumbing needs arise!
I needed a new drain field for some time which resulted in having it pumped 4 times in 12 months. The last pump out I called Rocket and Doug sent me an estimate at the end of the day. I had a bit of trouble getting financed but found SERCAP, INC that does septic specific loans at 1%. Once that was finalized, Robert came out next day and started the job. He’s filling it in now and he did a fantastic job. I’m so glad I decided on having Rocket do that last pump out. Highly recommend this company. Last Saturday our bathroom started flooding, showers quit draining, and the toilets were having issues flushing. After a week of dealing with plumbers that our landlord kept hiring that were either unresponsive or would no-show, we finally had one come out and say that he couldn’t do anything and that our septic needed to be pumped. Our landlord’s maintenance department told us they couldn’t get anyone out until Monday, despite our bathrooms flooding and toilets no longer flushing.
