Awful Experience with Dr. Murphy

My girlfriend had an appointment today with Dr. Murphy for a contact lens exam, and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a healthcare professional. Her contact prescription had just expired and she was completely out, so we scheduled this visit specifically to renew it.

From the moment we entered the exam room, Dr. Murphy was unwelcoming and dismissive. Impatient. Talked over me. Suggested I get cheaters at the store Didn’t let me know that after he dilated my eyes that I should stick around because he was going to see me again. ( makes sense but for someone who hasn’t been to an eye doctor in decades he should have explained). . I suppose after 60 years of doing the same thing he knows what he’s doing, but I didn’t feel he listened to me.
