My 7-year old tankless water heater stopped heating water. The Manufacturer (Rheem) told me I needed a “flush” and that this should have happened yearly. Trust Rooter performed a flush (for a discounted price of $250), but the water heater still isn't heating. It seems I will need to replace the unit.“
