Today I had acupuncture for the first time in my life. It did not hurt at all so get that myth out of your mind. First my ear (just one of them not both) were stuck with thin hair like needles. I think about 5 or so to help me quit smoking. A nasty habit that I am glad to try anything to rid myself of! I didnt feel any pain as they were inserted one by one. I also talked about my diet and what was not good for me. Would you believe spinach! Thats right spinach is horrible for you! Im no doctor so if cutting spinach out of my life will help so be it! Dr. Lauren Seiderman Fields is fixing my entire life! After getting CoViD in September, I suddenly had intense headaches and migraines with blurred and spots in vision several times a week for months. After trying chiropractic and other natural remedies I was desperate to get help. A friend recommended Dr. Fields and I went into to try acupuncture for the first time. Wow. One visit and they are completely gone and vision back to normal. If you haven't tried it for pain, I highly recommend it. I wish I started when I was younger, but it's never too late. Now I'm having fertility treatments and I will be back to leave another review !
