A few years back I requested repair estimates from 3 different air-condition companies one of them being SMC. Not only were they affordable, but their technician at that time did not try to sell me a new AC but rather recommended to just repair my old unit. This is the main reason why I stay with SMC. They are very customer friendly, reliable, honest, affordable and don't try to sell me something that I don't need.
