I called West End plumbing to have them come out and install a new water heater which I thought was broken. Two very nice gentlemen arrived from West End plumbing and quickly told me there is nothing wrong with your water heater. It had just tripped somehow in the electrical box due to the fact, my air conditioner was leaking on it. They could have easily installed a new water heater and charged me close to $1800. Without me knowing any better.
