“SPECS - Tyrone office, I had a wonderful experience. Kudos to Alisha, the store manager, for a well run and accommodating store. From the friendly and helpful receptionist; to the eye exam that was efficient and comfortable; to the choosing, making and fitting of glasses. Alisha was very honest and helpful while choosing frames. Listened and advised me on type of lenses. Very honest with price and delivery which could have affected my decision. I was able to get glasses in 1day...great!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TYRONE SPECS Location.“

“Dramatically better experience here than at the Pasadena Eye Center location, which is also part of the Sight360 network. At Pasadena, the staff (not the opthamologists/optometrists) seem bothered to have to interact with the patients, and the eyeglasses / optical department is only open at random hours, and will typically tell you to make an appointment and come back even if the place is empty or you're willing to wait. Pasadena also never answers their phone. I was sick of it, so I called Optimart, and they answered! Optical shop is open? Yep come on in. I stop in and had to wait less than five minutes to be seen, the staff were pleasant, they helped me send off my prescription glasses for a warranty repair, and I didn't even buy them from this location. I think I'll switch my normal annuals over here.“
