“I want to acknowledge customer service above and beyond by Ericka Murrell in the vision center. My issue was not big but she saw that I needed help with a pair of my own sunglasses. She suggested I bring in the sunglasses and she would help me with the minor repair. So I did that today. She remembered me and was so willing to fix my glasses. She could have said I should just buy a new pair and try to sell me new ones. Instead she eagerly fixed my glasses. This is the kind of worker who should be recognized for excellent customer service.
