I have continued to work with them on the issues that I have had, and Dr. Brad has worked tirelessly with my insurance company to obtain approval for the scleral contacts. My vision with these contacts is better than I have had in many years, and I so appreciate Dr. Brad as well as the rest of his team. Every person I have encountered in this practice has been very positive and eager to work with me. My eyes have multiple issues with both irregular, corneas and dry eye, and they have tried multiple approaches, Working with my insurance to get the best results possible. I cannot say enough positive comments about this entire practice. I am so glad that I found them.“

The optician (Cara) has an interesting, personalized approach. Instead of turning me loose to try on hundreds of frames and slog through an elimination process, she did her own evaluation based on measurements, correction parameters, face shape, past preferences, and scooped up three or four possible frames for me to try with a range of price options. The whole process was painless. Today - one week later - I picked up my new glasses. No adjustments necessary. They're perfect. Wow.“
