“Dave and team upgraded our lives! He installed a new tankless Navien water heater so now we have unlimited hot water across the house. There was an old water heater in my attic that previous owners installed and it started leaking. We had another water heater that was getting old in the garage. Him and his team drained the leaking water heater, hauled it away, installed a new tankless water heater to replace the one in my garage, and installed brand new piping across the house to bring water to all the sections that needed it. He also installed some NaviCirc units to reduce time we have to wait for the water to heat up. When I told him about the issue, to make sure we didn’t have to wait too long without hot water he got me an appointment quickly, and brought the whole crew to ensure the job got done in one day. A couple of minor issues occurred because of weird piping situations from the older pipes, and he and his team troubleshot everything quickly and fixed it all (really went out of his way to make sure everything got resolved fast). Dave and his team are the best, I recommend using them for any and all your plumbing needs.“

Ended up in a 4 year contract with Pence (charged us for work they never did and a lot more) either way when contract was up we started looking for another company. So far we are super happy with the service we have received. Starting eoth the girls in the office to the guys in the field. Today Alan and Antwan showed up, rang my door bell , my logs lost their minds in the window so they walked down the drive way to give me a call. I AM SO THANKFUL FOR THAT! They dont know that I work from home on the phones, and my dogs barking ... frowned upon. Most pesky people stand there and let my dogs go crazy in the window. I walked out , the introduced themselves and got to work. When it came time to pay , I appreciated them letting me know checks are free but card payments cost and extra 3.5%. “I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their slogan is 'if there's any delay, it's you we pay' and they guarantee a discount of $5/minute that they show up late. What's the catch? The technicians they send pretend to have never heard about it. The people in the office play dumb as well. They said they would have a supervisor contact me about it, but of course, that didn't happen. They gave me a four hour window to sit around waiting for them, and then they still showed up over an hour later than that. After wasting half of my day, they showed up to repair something that this company had already come out to 'repair' before. Apparently, they didn't even fix the problem the first time. So what did I even hire them for? The technicians acknowledged that it was not repaired correctly the first time, but made no attempt to correct the injustice of it. And getting ahold of a supervisor is just as difficult as getting them to do their job the first time they come out. Add all of that to the fact that they charge you almost double what most other companies would, and you'll learn your lesson quickly. Save yourself the headache. Hiring any other company would be better than choosing this one.“
