The guys there were very knowledgeable and had spectacular customer service. I had to replace the cartridge for my shower and was unsure as to what all I needed. I only had a picture of the cartridge as I could not get it out at all. Just from a quick glance at the picture they were able to tell which brand and specific one I needed. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. I will go there for any and all my plumbing needs. Thank you guys so much!!

I was at my wits end with a plumbing problem last night and walked in to Tucker Cut Rate Plumbing on Route 1 in Melbourne. I met Geraldo who could not have been more kind. He listened attentively, understood my dilemma, and kindly explained why what I was asking wouldn't work, and what needed to be done instead to fix my water main. He set up an appointment for me next day, today, and promised me all would be right with my plumbing when his team finished. Communications with Tucker Cut Rate was fantastic.
