I was at my wits end trying to get a plumber in the county to come out and see some polybutylene (PB) piping at my water heater that my new homeowners' insurer wanted removed and replaced. I made a list of five companies to call and for some reason I started with the second on the list, Plumbing Masters.I was a bit concerned by several 1-star ratings, but most were from more than five years ago. When I called on Monday, I was surprised that I could get a Tuesday (today) appointment. The company was hired by the condo management to re-pipe my condominium. I give Austin, Bobby and Kevin 10 stars. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and caring, I asked and was explained what this process entails. I was very impressed with the work performed. Bobby you were so sweet to check a few times under the bed for my scared cat to make sure he is ok. Thank you to all 3 of you and thank you to your company for having such great employees.
