Plus one of the more recent plumbing episodes I was told my “house needed to be jacked up” to fix the issue (Nope, that was WRONG).But I had started hearing great things about Kevin Lovely from SO many people that when I found myself with TWO “malfunctioning” toilets, he was the man I called! And boy, were all those people RIGHT!!! She knows a great deal about plumbing and is a storehouse of related info; easy to deal with, patient and responsive. As for the crew that did my whole house repiping - Jordan and Steve demonstrated they know their trade with professional results. In under 2 days, my 2400 sq ft home was totally replumbed, with very little mess and precise wall openings - saving the cut outs for drywall repair. They were on time, very communicative and up front about what was going to be done, and very patient when answering my many, many, many questions.
