The staff was amazing, and there were even amenities for the humans… coffee, snacks, spotless environment and compassion galore! My dog’s situation was not dire, but painful and stressful. The Vet Tech explained how we needed to help our pup heal, provided necessary meds and assured us she’d be fine and promised a follow-up email. We’re all relieved that Suncoast Vet Urgent Care is around!“

“I had a great experience with Southgate Vet. This is my first winter living seasonally in FL with my dog and when she needed a sick visit, I called a couple of different offices. Lorrie was very pleasant and helpful to get me connected and schedule a next day appointment. Jorge was very thorough taking my dog’s medical history and clearly communicated next steps. My dog was seen by Dr. Casey, who has wonderful energy and clearly stated options and the treatment plan. Happy to be connected to a great office!“

“I contacted this place due to a new sore found on our dogs leg and due to a cancelation they got us in that day. The front desk lady was awesome and very friendly! They took us back quickly, and the doctor came right into the room as soon as we got in there. The exam fee was great. The lowest I've seen in a while! The only reason we won't be back is because they do not take care credit. We do not have insurance for our animals because we use care credit. I really wish they did because this would have been our new vet home!!!“

“I can't say enough nice things about this practice. Dr. Brown and Dr. Browning are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, caring and compassionate. The techs and receptionists are equally attentive and kind. I have a senior dog that has suffered with a number of ailments. He has had eye issues, a back issue, dental issues, a heart murmer, digestive upset and a poisoning episode. The office offers emergency work-in appointments that are invaluable. I never feel rushed. The fees are comparable. I especially appreciate the holistic slant. My dog isn't the most cooperative, but the entire staff makes effort to make him feel comfortable. Although initially the next available appointment was 2 days away, office person Kat called me within a few hours of making the appointment to have me come in later today rather than wait for the original appointment due to the situation. “Wonderful ladies here! Very pleasant and kind. My 14 year old dog has been having issues with her eye for a few weeks. My vet recommended I see an ophthalmologist/specialist. I found Animal Eye Care via Google today and made a quick call hoping to secure an appointment asap. They were able to take us within 2 hours of my initial call.
