I arrived quite early and was happily accommodated. Also, Vet tech Lucy is extremely kind, thorough, professional and patient. Dr M is patient, not dismissive as many vets are. Listened and offered insights to care, expectations and future care. I left feeling heard and relieved

Great pet care providers but like many services their charges for basic care is getting unreasonable. i.e. $30 for an anal expression, $851 for dental cleaning (did include two extractions and x-rays)
