We've known Dr. Fridlund for quite a while. We started with her at another clinic and we we're glad to find her at this one. We've always enjoyed her cheerful spirit and her practical demeanor when we needed to discuss serious quality of life situations. She saw us through the end of life stages with our last Scotty, Montgomery when he was diabetic, deaf, blind and dementia finally set in. On an happier note, we just met with her for an introduction to our new pup, Graeme, at The Animal Medical Clinic of Gulf Gate. It was great to see her again under better circumstances and there's nothing like a pup to make everyone smile.
Excellent customer service and care for “stubborn” dogs. Highly appreciate their care and professionalism. Very informative with reasoning for any procedures. Thankful for their service!
The staff is always very friendly, and super helpful. After asking for a quote on upcoming services for my dog recently. I was pleasantly surprised when the bill was exactly what I was quoted🙂
Ollie has gotten more comfortable each time we visit too.
