“Love this walk in always get in and out with out a three hour wait like you do with med now . The office is really clean and the staff is nice . I will say if you are sick make sure you bring a mask they don’t have them laying out . I’m sure if you ask they will give you one .“

If you do, Dr. Chou will ask you a few questions and then prescribe a broad-spectrum anabiotic while simultaneously sending the urine to the lab for culturing in order to determine which antibiotic is ultimately the best. If you need a special one, he will prescribe it immediately to replace the first one.

Another example: if you have hearing difficulty which might just be wax in your ears, Karen, the nurse, can deal with that immediately. After a quick and painless procedure, I was able to hear normally again without any unnecessary testing or delay.“
