My first time to visit this SMH Urgent Care facility, far superior to the one I have used previously. From the first step in the door the staff was welcoming, kind , compassionate, efficient and listened to why I was there. Medical personnel were quick to administer what they deemed helpful and I was soon on my way. I will drive to this center any time I am in need as opposed to the one around the corner from my home. 5 stars awarded here!

I waited a long time to be seen, otherwise all was good. I didn’t have a chance to ask the doctor follow-up questions. Not perfect, but excellent. I’m glad that place is there. Better than ER for what I needed and much faster than getting into my primary care physician.
I am very grateful to the Doctor and her recommendation to bypass the Urgent care center and go on to the hospital. Her reasons were very sound and made me realize how important it was to have tests done concerning the injuries I received Saturday.
