Patients report a great experience from the moment they walk in. The front office staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind. Appointments start on time with no waiting. The providers are thorough, take time to explain things, and genuinely care about well-being. Patients feel welcome, comfortable, valued, and believe the team has their best interest at heart. The care and treatment are excellent, leaving patients very satisfied. Many highly recommend Reliable MD.
Friendly staff that works well together. The PA that I see, Amber Ishmael, is so easy to talk to and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Proactive in recommendations. I never dread my appts like I do with other medical offices.
Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a PCP. I am new to the area and I was trying to find a new PCP to work with. They were accepting new patients, and the office was able to fit me right away after my inquiries. When I arrived early to my appointment, I was able to check in easily, and was taken back promptly. The NP Aunie is the BEST. It was my first time meeting her and she was so welcoming and listened to all my concerns. She made me felt heard and I had the BEST experience here.
