“Hands-down the best Urgent Care I've ever been to, and at age 69, I've been to a lot. The providers at this clinic listen so well, and do a fantastic job of giving you the care you need. I went in for acute back pain, and while I won't go into everything in detail, they provided a multifaceted approach to mitigate my pain, which I fully suspect will save my upcoming cross-country trip from being a bit of a disaster. Both Whitney, my nurse, and Lisa, my nurse practitioner, were kind and extremely caring. This is the 3rd time I've been seen at this Urgent Care, and they have afforded me the same high level of care every time. Highly recommended!“

“Fruitville walk-in urgent care is a wonderful option when your general practitioner won’t see you for two weeks and the ER makes you wait for four hours. They are competent, caring, and very practical. For example, with a suspected UTI, they will do a urine test on the spot and tell you immediately whether you have a UTI or not. If you do, Dr. Chou will ask you a few questions and then prescribe a broad-spectrum anabiotic while simultaneously sending the urine to the lab for culturing in order to determine which antibiotic is ultimately the best. If you need a special one, he will prescribe it immediately to replace the first one.

Another example: if you have hearing difficulty which might just be wax in your ears, Karen, the nurse, can deal with that immediately. After a quick and painless procedure, I was able to hear normally again without any unnecessary testing or delay.“
