“I waited for five years to get these windows, and shopping around lead me to Window World. Craig was great explaining the windows, costs, installation, etc. Got the call for the installation and I thought it was Christmas! Dennis and the other crew were really very good. I was amazed at the assembly line process with the install. Dennis went through the operation of the windows, and what not to do until you he final inspection was done. The only small issue I had was the how the end caulking was done. Neat on the caulking, but the windows were not clean on the outside. (Inside were great!). I also found several caulk tube tips on the ground, and some caulk on my house exterior. Nothing I couldn’t handle, but just a little disappointing after everything else was so great. I am enjoying the silence now with these new windows!!!“
