“A company that stands behind their product and service! We bought a condo that The Window Store (TWS) had previously installed sliders and windows. We just received our fenestration report as part of the Milestone Report and our windows failed because the fasteners were not covered. Not TWS's fault. The fasteners had to be left that way for code inspection. The previous owner never made the unit available for TWS to come back and cover the fasteners. We called them and they came right over and completed the process...TWO YEARS LATER! Can you believe it? Plus they were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend The Window Store. Someone who does business the right way!”
“We had a great experience with Weather Guard. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and did a great job with the shutters. We really appreciate the service and would definitely recommend them to family and friends!”
