I was promptly given an appointment with technician Chris who arrived on time and was knowledgeable and courteous. While he could not fix my problem, due to my condo buildings height, he did recommend a company that could help me. That company responded the same day and were equally knowledgeable and courteous. “Great experience with these folks. I would recommend them to anyone with the caveat that they are not the greatest communicators when it comes to dealing with the office. Not that they don't respond, just that they can be slow getting back to you, mainly because they're busy and dealing with supply issues. Other than that the whole job went smoothly and professionally and the team of guys who showed up were friendly, competent and professional. They were in and out with a minimum of fuss and cleaned up after the job was done. I'd use them again and would recommend them to anyone with a need for hurricane shutters. They arranged for scaffolding for a 4th floor condo with no balcony and did an excellent job of installing the shutters and even matched the paint/finishing to the building.“
