Bill Bean worked with me. He was respectful, calming, personable, and just kind. Thank goodness for him. During this time in one’s life you need help with so many things; you are actually in a state of shock. You WILL rely on the one who reaches out to help you. At the absolute worst time in our lives Charlotte Memorial went above and beyond to accommodate our families and showed us genuine compassion. Both Amanda and David were most helpful. Amanda Rossy also hosted an event months later for the family members. (These events are held every few months for all families) She caters in food, she has multiple volunteer seamstresses and we brought in our loved ones clothing and we Made our special Memory Bear.
