Great local business shopping experience. Some good package offers and the sales rep knew the products. Also offered free appliance removal upon delivery that worked out great for us.

Arsenic was extremely helpful with my purchase of a new washer and dryer .. answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I need for my delivery and submitting rebate info to GE. This is my second time buying appliances from Bill Smith in Port Charlotte .. def recommend

Store was great good selection answered all my questions easy to deal with installation was not what I expected was quoted $140 had to pay $200 they said additional work but I didn't see it
