“Exceptional Service from Christopher and Alex
The technicians who came to close out my permit were exceptional . They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and took the time to clearly explain what the visit entailed.”
“Had a problem with my dryer.Nabil was very helpful in diagnosing the problem over the phone”
“They were absolutely great both times they had to come out for my new LG refrigerator! The first service call was required after just seven weeks the second service call after seven months. No response from LG no response from Best Buy, which is where I purchased it and they had failed to let me know about the 60 day return and replace.
Scott, the repair man went out of his way to be helpful and they searched for a part I needed so I didn’t have to wait six days!”
