No response from LG no response from Best Buy, which is where I purchased it and they had failed to let me know about the 60 day return and replace.
Scott, the repair man went out of his way to be helpful and they searched for a part I needed so I didn’t have to wait six days!”

He ordered a new ice maker and came back the same day and installed the new one. Works great now. We had called another company who came out diagnosed the problem wrong and weren’t able to fix it.
