“This is the first time we went to the Titusville location, and we were very impressed! Not only did the Dr make us feel comfortable and welcome, but their staff is excellent. Shout out to a particular staff member, Jessie. My granddaughter has autism, and tends to be an introvert. But Jessie had her talking and laughing in no time flat! She was personable and professional. She made sure we understood what our options were, and helped us make the best decisions. On top of that, she got my granddaughter a free pair of glasses. Her insurance allowed 2 pairs, but they were having a special where if you get glasses with your insurance, you get another pair free. All because I was saying my granddaughter had a habit of losing them. She really made my day with that! What an awesome young lady she is. She is an asset to that office.“
