I was pleasantly surprised by their current technology, how thorough the exam was and cleanliness. The initial tech, Moni, was knowledgeable, kind and patient with me while she gathered my personal information and performed several eye tests. For the actual vision exam we were linked face to face with an online special tech, like zoom. At first I was apprehensive, however it was amazing to see how all this linked up in real time and was accomplished so easily. Next and most importantly was the face to face online visit with Dr. Hayley. All of my information and results of the tests were uploaded for her to review, talk with me and make the determination for my prescription....read full review

The in store staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with Moni who was polite and respectful. The Dr on video was great. I highly recommend BJ's optical in Merritt Island, Fl.

I was extremely happy with my purchase of two pairs of eyeglasses. The staff there was excellent... Very helpful.

UPDATE: I did have a serious issue with the eyeglasses. The anti-glare they put on them was horrible to deal with. The lenses were always smudged and dirty. Constantly. The staff there was rude and could have cared less about this issue. They also lied to me. I went above them and had the issue resolved.
