They are the most professional and knowledgeable in Brevard county and most importantly the friendliest as well. They made one patient feel comfortable, assisted in picking glasses, and made the experience easy and fun. Overall, Optical Outlets is a great choice for anyone seeking eye care and eyewear in Florida.
Edit: Although I had a poor initial experience with the doctor, the staff later called me offering a refund or the option to try again with a different doctor. I am pleased to say that the customer service at this location is excellent. Thank you.
I wasted $60 (with insurance) and 2hrs of my time for a contact exam just to be told that “maybe contacts don’t work for me”.
The assistants were amazing and great at their job, but after trying 4 different contacts that were all blurry Dr. Azwell gave up and told me I could “maybe try again on another day”.
