“My daughter has been a patient at Bayhead Eye Center for several years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. She always gets a thorough exam, and every staff member treats her with kindness and respect.
I especially want to highlight the exceptional professionalism of the office manager after an incident during today’s visit. An adult customer rudely inserted her unsolicited opinion while my daughter was browsing frames, embarrassing her in front of others in the office. The office manager stepped in and handled the situation with complete professionalism and grace.
It’s worth noting that this same rude customer left a one-star review claiming Bayhead Eye Center was “not very professional”, when in reality the staff acted with nothing but professionalism. It’s unfortunate when someone behaves poorly and then retaliates with a dishonest review simply because they were held accountable for their own actions.
Thank you to the office manager and the entire team at Bayhead Eye Center for always making my daughter feel safe, respected, and valued. You not only stood up for her, but showed her that there are people in this world who will do the right thing. We are grateful and will continue to be loyal patients for years to come!”
