Thankfully I was an established patient so I was able to call first thing for an emergency situation, unfortunately they were so full and couldn’t get me in, but Casey called around and got me in with another eye dr at another clinic that same morning! She even forwarded them over my information and called me back with all of theirs. Kristin at the front desk is always so friendly both in person and over the phone and I was impressed with the dr from my very first visit a few years ago. Will be back and will suggest to others 👏👏👏
As someone who has been seeing Dr. Gerard and the wonderful staff since childhood they have seen every awkward and amazing phase of my appearance journey, but more than that they have always been a helping hand in guidance on what styles are trending, what colors suit my skin or eyes, and what frames compliment my face shape, more than that they have always been friendly and supportive helping anyone who was unsure or just helping children relax and become more comfortable, their office is cozy and welcoming with amazing vibes the second I walk into the door, with a small play space that has flow in lighting, toys and books for all stages of development while they wait...read full review
Dr Girard and his staff are outstanding! I’ve been a patient of theirs for many years. I have my routine eye exams done every year and have bought many sets of glasses for them. They always remember me and treat me with kindness.Special shout out to Casey. She is SO sweet and helpful! Every time I order glasses or just need an adjustment, she does it with a smile and sense of humor. This type of customer service can be rare these days but very much appreciated. THANK YOU!!
