I always give business reviews my consideration when booking an appointment. As a business owner myself sometimes a negative review can sway others into not using that business. I personally like to give the benefit of the doubt and give them a try anyways. I called and Barbra was very welcoming over the phone. My biggest fear of the eye Dr is getting those annoying glaucoma eye drops. They give me vertigo and make me nauseated. She assured me that they used state of the art technology and do not use those eye drops, so I booked my appointment. This was my first eye exam and needless to say I was extremely nervous. Nicole was amazing and put me at complete ease and Dr. Webster was great as well. Definitely will be back the next time I need an exam.

Since I became I became a patient at this office, I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff in office. From the front desk to the doctor, I have only had positive, professional interactions and friendly service. Also very knowledgeable with advice about different products and how to care for what you purchase. I still drive to PSJ from MI after we moved to stay with this office. My husband and son now go here as well. 5/5 I would recommend.
